Camera shake
The main idea here is to re-use the positional noise for rotation to simulate the camera's inertia.
To achieve this I took the X noise, delayed it for a fraction of second and then springed and gained it to get the Y rotational response. Same for the Y to RX noise. After some tinkering you can get something pretty natural.
To make it even more realistic it should probably be one more noise of higher amplitude with some quantization (or even triggered by the first noise peaks) to simulate more permanent camera shifts.
